Private training is the best way to reach your specific goals, challenge yourself in a new way, learn about your body, rehab a past injury, and feel strong and confident at your next special event. 

Sarah offers a variety options for private training and small groups of 2-4 people (couples, friends, mother-daughter, co-workers, etc).

Private and Small Group Studio Sessions - Great option for people who want to try Pilates equipment. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and fitness goals. This is a great option for injury rehabilitation, pre/post pregnancy, or for people who want private training in a community setting. 

Private Group Classes - Great for fundraisers, bridal parties, bachelorette parties, birthdays, fitness events, or just because you and your friends want to get together for a workout. Sarah will work with you to choose the best type of class for your group. 

In Home Private Pilates Sessions - This is perfect for busy people who don't have time to get to the gym or for those who are more comfortable working out in their own home.
